Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has slammed the Virbhadra Singh government in Himachal Pradesh, blaming it for turning “dev bhoomi” (land of gods) into “apraadh bhoomi” (land of crime).
canvassing for BJP competitors at Arki and Haroli on Sunday, Yogi Adityanath said that only wrongdoing and defilement have expanded under Congress control in Himachal and encouraged the general population of the state to vote in favor of the BJP.
“The Congress has turned the “dev bhoomi” into “apraadh bhoomi”. It has sullied the name of the state, which is presently known for wine woodlands and mining mafia, and unlawful activities,” he said.
The medication mafia was in its prime in the state however the legislature has been keeping mum, Adityanath said.
He said individuals demonstrated the way to the Congress in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and a few different states and now it was the turn of Himachal Pradesh.
The state will go to polls on November 9.
